ATTENTION!  DQI to Remove All PSI CSR's Submitted Between 9/7 - 9/20/2018:
All "Provide Supplemental Information" (PSI) CSR's submitted between 7 SEPT through 20 SEPT associated with a closed case have been automatically closed.  The DISS Team will run a DQI on 12 OCT to remove all affected PSI CSR's.  If you submitted a PSI CSR on a closed case during this timeframe and need action taken on it, please resubmit your CSR after 12 OCT.

ATTENTION! UPDATE ON INDUSTRY DISS JVS AUTO-PROVISIONING:

o     DMDC is auto-provisioning one Hierarchy Manager in the Security Management Office (SMO) within DISS with the Account Manager and Security Officer role.

o     The provisioned Hierarchy Manager will be responsible for provisioning additional user roles to meet SMO mission, to include adding additional Account Managers who are a parent and subordinate child SMO.

o      Many users have been auto-provisioned; if so, were sent an e-mail to the e-mail address recorded in JPAS.  If you did NOT receive an e-mail with instructions for obtaining your username and you are currently:

1)      An Account Manager in JPAS **AND** 2) on the Key Management Personnel (KMP) list for your SMO

Please do the following:

1.  Update (or add if not one listed) your e-mail address in JPAS, then

2.  Send an e-mail to:  dodhra.mc-alex.dmdc.list.diss-provisioning@mail.mil with Subject:  DISS JVS Industry Provisioning Request. 

 

We will verify you are on our list - so please do not send an e-mail if you do not meet the criteria listed above.

 

If you are an Account Manager in JPAS but not on the KMP please continue to check your e-mail for guidance.  Please do not submit PSSARs directly to the DMDC CCC this will only delay getting you provisioned.  We will contact you.  Please continue to monitor this site/application for updates. 

 

ATTENTION! DISS ACCOUNT REQUEST INFORMATION:

Please contact your component for assistance obtaining access to DISS and determining your role(s). You will need to complete the necessary training and the DD Form 2962 (PSSAR) system access form. Additional information and the form is available on the PSA Website under Access Request.

 

ATTENTION! DISS ONE-TIME REGISTRATION REQUIRED:

Please be aware that the first time you login to DISS you will have to register your PIV card. Your account manager will provide your initial User ID and Password to register. **When logging in with your PIV you must use the certificate that you registered with.**

Contact the DMDC DISS Customer Call Center (CCC) at 1-800-467-5526 with questions or concerns using the DISS application. JVS users: Ensure you have your Security Management Office (SMO) Name when you call the CCC for assistance.

The Defense Information System for Security (DISS), once fully deployed, will replace the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), to serve as the system of record to perform comprehensive personnel security, suitability and credential eligibility management for all military, civilian, and DOD contractor personnel. DISS provides secure communications between Adjudicators, Security Officers and Component Adjudicators in support of eligibility and access management. DISS will deploy in a phased approach, with Phase 1 (DISS 1.0) being rolled out to users incrementally, starting with WHS and ending with Industry.
